Associated Press, "Indonesia grounds airline's Boeing 737-300s in wake of Adam Air crash"

Indonesia All seven Boeing 737-300 airplanes operated by Indonesian budget airline Adam Air have been grounded by the Indonesian government.
The grounding came after a plane buckled during a hard landing, forcing a temporary airport closure.

Aviation authorities will examine all 737-300s owned by Adam Skyconnections Airlines to determine whether they are air worthy. That's according to an official of the Indonesian Transport Ministry in Jakarta. The hard landing in stormy weather at Indonesia's second-largest city, Surabaya, cracked the fuselage and severely bent the aircraft.

The landing came less than two months after an Adam Air flight plunged into the sea on New Year's Day, killing all 102 people aboard. The cause of the crash has not been determined. Adam Air has had a series of incidents since it was founded in 2003. More than a dozen pilots have quit over safety concerns.
