| Об этом заявили представители зарубежных юридических компаний. Они прибыли в Иркутск, чтобы встретиться с родственниками жертв июльской трагедии. По словам адвокатов, во Франции исковые заявления должны быть приняты к рассмотрению, поскольку взорвавшийся аэробус был произведен французской компанией «Эйрбас». Есть основания и к тому, чтобы дело слушалось в США. Многие детали аэробуса были сделаны в этой стране. В частности, двигатель: по одной из версий, именно он стал причиной катастрофы, когда после посадки неожиданно переключился на режим взлета. Но адвокаты предполагают, что в США дела по иркутской авиакатастрофе, вероятно, рассматриваться не будут. |
